hello MM - i've been on 3 Rick Steves tours, from the year 2000 to the most recent one in 2011. there are some great things about it - they usually have excellent guides for the duration of the tour and then they hire excellent guides for specific areas, e.g. the forum and colisseum in rome - the people/fellow participants tend to be well-read, curious and relaxed about travel (as far as age trafalgar tours spain and portugal
